These are such good dupes for MAC eyeshadows! And I love the little bow on NYX eyeshadow packaging.

Easy to apply and good pigmentation. Lot's of colours to choose from which I love when I find a good shadow.

Comparable to Annabelle and Quo in terms of quality. Colour saturation can be inconsistent among colours - I have some of the 'old' square shaped containers of singles as well as some palettes from the company. A wide variety of colours, and when on sale a real deal. My only knock against them is that I have to go to Rexall to get them, which is not really in my area.

However a note for Torontonian's, the Rexall at Yonge and Eglinton recently renovated and got a much larger display, ergo a better selection of goods.

Hooray for NYX for reformulating their Hot Singles eyeshadows (the round container, not the older square ones) to remove the parabens! Beautiful shades, great color payoff, easy to apply, longlasting and well-wearing. I can't say enough good about these shadows, and the great price is the icing. Now if they would just take the parabens out of the rest of their products...but this is a good start, and the new formula isn't just healthier, it's higher quality than it was before. Ranks with some of the higher-end brands at a much more reasonable price.
