I love these- pretty creamy, easily bendable and really give your shadows an added punch. These will likely crease if you apply them alone, so I'd set them with shadow.

I really didn't find this product to be anything special at all. I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

I bought this after read some reviews from beauty bloggers. But it didn't work for me. Maybe because of my oily lid.

I like to use the NYX jumbo pencils as bases for providing an extra impact with coloured shadows. They work really well in that sense but I do not use them on their own. I find that they crease and ball up on my eyes and I hate the applicator. I really do not enjoy having to sharpen a pencil. I find it ruins the appearance and overall effectiveness of the product.

I bought six NYX Jumbo eye pencils from Cherry Culture thinking they would be good bases that could substitute for primers, but boy was I wrong! You need to use a very good primer with these or else they crease like crazy!! Well at least on me they do since I have oily eyelids. The price was very reasonable for these $3.50, way better than the MAC shadesticks which are $20. I tried 3 different primers (TFSI, UDPP, and MAC PPs) to see which one would make this stick on without creasing. And I finally found that MAC Paint Pots (in Painterly) is the best primer to use under this! What a journey! I went to work and the mall with ugly greasy eye lids so many times before I could make this work! It's a difficult product to work with and it shouldn't be getting all these rave reviews.

They look and sound amazing right?
These pencils are so raved about I hunted them down for over a year. When I finally found a store that carries them in MTL I went crazy and bought them in as many shades as I could.
The colour payoff is decent. They are super smooth and soft, a bit too much as, making it very very difficult to applyas they literarlly melt on my eyelid. I need to apply them with a eyeliner brush or cream eyeshadow brush, which is ok but losses the intensity of the colour, and tends to leave traces of the bristles on my eyelid.
I usually seal it with a similar shadow, in order to prolong the longevity of the look. I even use a primer before application. Despite all this, they jumbo pencil still manages to smudge and crease like crazy. Its unwearable.
Big dissapointment as the colour are so pretty and the selection is nice. I can only wear them as a tiny little eyeliner right at the base of my lashes, so I can minimize the smudging and keep it under control throught the day.
