If you have watery eyes or allergy eyes

I repurchase time after time. The reason for multiple repurchase is because I have major watery eyes and this eyeliner definitely holds up to tbe " waterproof" name definitely! If your looking for a true to waterproof type of creamy eyeliner THIS is the one! !

The NYX eye liners are a pretty good deal. The quality is impressive considering the price.
I picked it up in the purple because I have green eyes. It helps my eyes pop!
It worked well on my upper lid. Doesn't wear as well in the water line as I had hoped.
It has great pigment but I think I prefer a deeper purple.
