This lamp is a great way to relax after a long day at work, to amuse children, or even while doing yoga!

The projector comes with a USB wall charger, plug it in, and it is ready to glow. Alternatively, you can also power it via batteries. I prefer the USB option as batteries run out way too quickly .

The on button is in the centre of the front bottom of the unit, and you can change the mode with it as well. If you plug in your iPod or MP3 player, there is a small speaker that plays music – the two buttons on the side of the “On” button control the volume. It’s okay – I prefer Zen and relaxation type music, so bass and loud sounds are not really affected in my case.

The light exudes a number of colours and wave like projections onto the ceiling and walls. After an hour, it turns itself off, so if you use it to fall asleep or need a timer for your relaxation bath, this is perfect!

In the bathroom, the steam and heat have not affected the unit or its ability – this is thankfully due to its waterproof nature.

The unit is highly transportable, so can be used in your bathroom then bring it over to the bedroom for bedtime or fun time.

I would not really recommend looking into the lights, as they are LED – they aren’t as bright as white lights can be, but can still make your eyes a bit sensitive if you look straight down into the lights as the machine it on.

Without music, the machine is super quiet, so it won’t wake you up if its purpose is to lull you to sleep.

I feel it would be great for parties and add a fun atmosphere!

Overall, it’s a nice little unit, and useful for several relaxing and fun purposes.
