    Grains Mixed With Creamy Yogurt

This new line of Super Grains yogurt combines the fruity creamy Greek yogurt with an assortment of grains, such as quinoa, chia seed, flaxseed and buckwheat. . There are four flavour options to choose from: Mango, Cranberry Orange, Peach and Mixed Berries. These yogurts are essentially made up of a delicious vanilla-based creamy yogurt on top. The vanilla yogurt tends to hold the flavour of the fruit from my experience trying them. On the bottom, there is a pleasant surprise of grains and fruit. This can be mixed into the yogurt. I enjoy freezing my yogurt to make a healthy frozen yogurt treat. Due to the grains at the bottom, this does not go as well frozen as many of the other yogurts of this brand.

The price of these can be a bit steep, usually around three packs of four for $10.

I love my greek yogurt and wasn't sure if adding grains would be strange but its truly delicious and I love the nutty flavor and crunch! A nice change from your basic fruit flavoured greek yogurts.

It's expensive, but this greek yogurt is amazing!! The grains in the yogurt is present, but not overwhelming. I enjoy it as a snack to keep going in the afternoon...

I received this product for free to test out. I tried out the Mixed Berries flavour and found that it had just the right amount of sweetness to it. As I mixed the yogurt, I got a good distribution of berries, unlike some brands where all of the fruit stays on the bottom. This allowed me to get the same flavour with every spoonful. I also appreciated the addition of "supergrains", specifically quinoa, chia seeds and buckwheat. It gave a subtle bite and texture, but most importantly, made me feel like I was eating something healthy for my body. The portion size is perfect for snacking or as part of a meal and I enjoyed the way the cup fit comfortably in my hand, making it easy to consume. The only thing I might improve is the tangy aftertaste of the yogurt. I'm not sure if it was just my palate that noticed this, but I like my yogurt to be sweet, not tangy. Other than that, this was a very good snack!
