I'm trying to help my skincare with multivitamins

I purchase this vitamin to help my skincare routine and all over wellness. When I asked to google for multivitamins for women this come one of the recommendation and I was lucky enough to find it to my local grocery store.

Don't be like me and didn't read the label. You must have a meal before you take this or else you will feel nausea or unsettled stomach. Other than that I have no verdict if this is a great vitamin or not.

Good product

It is a good price for such amount of pills. I find after using them my nails and hair got better: nails don't break as much and hair is stronger. I think it prevents split ends too.
The only thing I really did not like about them is the dark purple colour.
Every time I was about to take them I was so grossed out by their unnatural colour.

Good vitamins

These vitamins are pretty cheap for the fact that you get 200 in a package. Most other vitamins offer less and are more expensive. One a Day Women is known and recognized. I feel good taking this because I know I am getting a good dose of vitamin c, d, b and all others. The only issue with this vitamin is it often makes me sick when I take it. I am not sure why this is, possibly because it contains high doses of various vitamins. Make sure to take this on a full stomach.

I just started taking these a few months ago after my dietician suggested it might be a good idea, even without confirmed vitamin deficiencies. She told me the things to look for at my age are calcium, vitamin D, vitamin C, and folate. One thing I did notice when comparing this to other vitamins is the amount of each vitamin is often extremely high in this compared to others, and some surpass the daily recommended intake from my understanding. This pill is to be taken daily and with food. I do find that it often upsets my stomach after I take it or causes me to have a headache, especially if I have not drank much water that day. It's also important to not take other medications without a few hours of taking this. The pill is quit large. I got a bottle of around 250 of these for close to $25 at Wal Mart.

I bought this for my health and after a couple of hours they make you dizzy and want to puke it's sucks but they keep me healthy. But don't take them everyday

Been taking these for a number of years. I think they work fine. They don't cost too much and there are usually coupons for them.

They are fine as vitamins go, but since they are not flavoured they taste bad.
