This is a better-than-average coconut water. Not the best, but certainly good. It's widely available so you can pretty much get it anywhere too. It's a bit pricey though

My favourite coconut water. I drink at least one a day, and I've tried just about every brand, and ONE is it for me. Tastes great and low calories and good for you. A perfect combo.

I like this coconut water. It truly tastes like you are on a tropical island. I drink these when I know I'm going to have a busy day to keep from getting dehydrated. Plus, it has good minerals in it that your body needs to function. The sodas or energy drinks are so bad for your body, but this is good for it.

This is good coconut water, clean tasting and can be use in cooking and baking. My mom used this for her Chinese remedy. I don't usually buy this because it is not on sale but when I does I buy it with a coupon. Lower in sugar than the Z brand coconut water brand.

All natural pasteurized coconut water. Only 100 calories for 500ml. refreshing and mild taste. High in ptoassium and magnesium.

This is way better to drink than any artificial energy drink out there. In terms of electrolytes, the more natural the better, and ONE Coconut Water will give that to you. I think "effectiveness" is a hard one to gauge, because what kind of effectiveness are you looking for? If it's for the same effect as Red Bull, you won't find it. But it will replenish you after a workout, and is much better for your body. PS- I only like the original one and not the other infused ones.
