I do not like this product at all. Compared to other gels it is not user friendly and I found it to be very sticky and thick and did not cure as well as any of the other gels I have used.

This is the best product on the market at the moment for flawless chip-free nails. For weeks!

I got my Axxium manicure at Tips Nail Bar (I've reviewed them here on ChickAdvisor) almost 3 weeks ago and my nails still look like the day they were done. My before picture and after 3 weeks are above (the one hand one is after 3 weeks)

Tips owner Leanne Colley convinced me to try Cajun Shrimp, which is the perfect shade of red. I absolutely love it. If it wasn't for the fact that my nails grow fast and there is some regrowth showing, I could easily leave it on for the rest of the month.

Axxium can only be applied at the salon and is set with uv lights. It is quick to dry and won't chip or wear down. Unlike other gel products, your nails aren't filed down and it doesn't damage your nail bed. I'm getting mine of shortly so I'll update my review shortly if I find otherwise.

On average, it's about $50 to get OPI Axxium done. You have to go back in a few weeks to get it soaked off. This is not something you can take off yourself. Nail polish remover will not work - in fact you can paint another colour of nail polish on top if you want a change, take it off with nail polish remover and your Axxium nails will still be perfect underneath.

If you attempt to take it off yourself you can damage your nails. Getting the salon to take it off is usually about $10.

I'd invest in these if I have a busy few weeks ahead where I need my nails to look flawless or I wanted to wear a bold colour without worrying about obvious chips.
