Even though this bag is meant primarily for nut milk (making your own milk from nuts) it works great for any number of home kitchen uses such as juices, cheesemaking, sauces and basically anything were you need to strain a liquid from a solid. This bag is super sturdy and pulling at it in the attempt to test it's breakage only left me with sore fingers; pretty sturdy. I love the drawstring so that you can hook it over a widemouthed jar or pot to let it strain into.

This bag is a great size and would work great for a first time or inexperienced cook looking to make their own nut milks. Strains very easily and is easy to clean by turning inside out and rinsing it!
