I've had a few products from orblue and they gave all been great and this one is no different, when I'm preparing a dish that uses cheese it's very time consuming to use a handheld grater and can also be painful if you nick your finger. This grated a full plate full if cheese in less than a minute, this is easy to take apart and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This will be used a lot for a variety of different meals and dishes.
