I bought this to suppliment my cats diet and improve his coat. For the price it was you get an immense amount. I was reccommended this by a coworker who uses it for everything. On her skin, cooking with, cat food, wax melters etc. This stuff is kind of like magic. It smells strongly like coconut but tastes like nothing so its great in cooking. Especially makes cakes extra moist. I use it in my hair to keep in moisture.
