As much as I love Paul & Joe, the eye shadows and lipsticks just don't wow me.
The colors are beautiful and has a slight shimmer and that's pretty much it.
I find even with a primer or cream shadow base, these still crease, fade or don't show up well at all not matter how much I layer them. That pretty much sums up my review for this, I'm so disappointed in the eyeshadows.
