When you want a quality side that is filling and rich tasting then you will savour every bite of these triangoli. I drizzle truffle infused olive oil, add a sprinkling of fresh grated parmigiano reggiano and some coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes for a decadent entrée.

The PC Black Menu Fresh Porcini Mushroom and Truffle filled Triangoli is a really nice egg based and filled fresh pasta. I like to cook it with just a little fresh parmesan and olive oil drizzled on top. The packages are not huge and as a side for a family of (4) I would definately recommend cooking two packages. I do love the mushroom and truffle filling as well - it is very tasty! Although not gluten free - it is egg based and isn't too high in carbs for the occasional splurge.
