    Keeps the mosquitoes away!

This stuff smells great and I have recently found out that mosquitoes hate the stuff so it's a great natural alternative. Just dont use it around your furr babies! I take mine camping in a spray bottle deluged with some water. Try it!

    Must have

Peppermint oil has become a staple in my household. I have used it topically for headaches, pain relief, in rubs and lotions, and in inhalers when we are sick. This stuff works wonders!! Because it is concentrated you only need a few drops to reap the AMAZING benefits.

Peppermint essencial oil is my go to for basically everything. If I have a headache, I rub a bit on my forehead, temples and wherever it hurts the most on my head. It delivers a warming, yet cooling sensation that helps a lot. I use it on other pains as well. If my carpal tunnel acts up, I rub the oil on the area and it helps sooth the pain. It even helps take my mind off intestinal pain! This stuff is great. Smells amazing as well!

Peppermint Essential Oil is my new best friend! Not only is it minty and fresh scented, but it's soothing and relaxing. I'm not a huge lavender fan, so I opted to give peppermint a whirl and boy, am I glad I did!
Nightly I rub some on my temples and chest for (it gives a cool tingly sensation) relaxing bedtime ritual.
It's also extremely good for headache sufferers.
You can also add a drop or two into a bath with epsom salts for a nice warming bath.
I've also just found a recipe (thanks pinterest) for a peppermint body scrub that includes several drops of this wonderful oil.
Definitely a purchase I'll be making again.

So far I am loving this peppermint oil. Peppermint has so many uses, reduces stomach aches, soothes digestive issues, freshens bad breath, relieves headaches, has antimicrobial properties, improves mental focus, clears respiratory tract, boosts energy, releases tight muscles. I specifically got this to make homemade toothpaste for my dogs. I mix peppermint oil, a capsule of tumeric, and coconut oil and it really does help improve their breath a lot. It's a great essential oil to keep in the medicine cabinet.

Buying peppermint oil is probably one of my better decisions. I mix a few drops into my shampoo, and it makes my scalp feel tingly and refreshed. Not sure if it makes a difference in terms of hair care, but it feels great! I also use this to make toner (1 part water, 1 part witch hazel, lots of peppermint oil), but it's great! The peppermint refreshes my hair and wakes it up. I'm sure there are more uses to peppermint oil, also.

Peppermint Oil has a clean, fresh, minty scent. Most of us recognize it for freshening breath after meals. It is one of the oldest herbs for soothing digestion, upset stomachs, and ridding pets of fleas. It can also help open stuffed sinuses. Peppermint may also be used to enhance the flavor of food, water and as we all know candy. Now you can use peppermint oil so soothe headaches. Put a drop on each temple when you feel a headache coming on or when suffering from a headache and it will disappear. Peppermint oil is a staple in my home for all uses and now I have one more reason to know it is the best essential oil you can have. I drop a couple of drops in my sink drains to keep them smelling fresh also. The best thing to know is though is suffer from headaches no more. The next time you feel a headache coming or wake up like I do with a headache put a drop on your temples and feel the relief in minutes. I did receive the sample shown for free for a review but, the opinions are mine. I use peppermint oil for lots of reasons and now I have one more.
