I ordered this product through Amazon.com for my fur baby to help with his hot spots, itching, and red patches due to scratching. It was affordable and shipped fast. It has chelated silver and promotes healing. I love this shampoo and so does he. It has helped clear his skin up dramatically and his coat is getting the shine back. As for the hot spots, they are better, but not completely healed.
