I purchased hair products from this company by going to their website. The product arrived on time. I was so excited to try it. I did try it and it did not do what it claimed to do. The anti frizz serum left me on Christmas eve with a greasy head of hair. My hair is long(middle to lower back ). It was to late to start all over so all night I had to explain my greasy hair. I got over it and decided to return the products.Well here is the REAL problem part. I must have a Returns Goods Authorization to send it back. The invoice gives a phone # to call to get the RGA.Well, guess what??? No one answers. I have left 5 messages as of this morning . The website does not offer customer service or even a "contact us". These products are very expensive. I spent 65.00 for 2 products. This company, Philip B, also appears on a home shopping channel. I plan to contact them to see if they can help with my return. With so many other companies and products out there my advice is don't chance it.
