Great taste, easy to work with, nice to be able to have a product quick to work with. No mess/no fuss.

I tried the Pillsbury Gluten Free Pie and Pastry Mix on the weekend to make a quiche. I was actually rather surprised at how easy the dough was to work with. One container will make enough pastry for one double crust or 2 single crust pies. The taste was quite good and it baked very nicely. On sale at Superstore for 2/$5.00 was very reasonably priced. I haven't found the pizza dough one yet - but look forward to trying it too!
