As the other reviewer said this isn't great for kids, but there's no reason to be a killjoy about it - just eat sugar in moderation. That being said, this product isn't great - even to kids. I never really liked it that much, it was just another sweet thing to eat. The flavours are fun, though, and "eating" it is easy, but I'd rather get something more enjoyable than just a flavour packet of sweetness to get my blood sugar going. At least they're extremely cheap!
