    I tried this quite a while back and it did brighten my teeth maybe 1 shade lighter, not that much. I'm not a coffee drinker nor smoker, but my teeth have never been white.

    As far as teeth whiteners go, this is a mediocre product. It is not extremely easy or pleasant to use, but showed results and was really cheap. It comes in gel form, so it can not be used discreetly like a strip. I do not like to use home teeth whitening treatments often, so plus white was good enogh.
