This cereal is my go-to quick breakfast most mornings. I like to stir it into my yogurt with a tiny bit of milk and enjoy it that way. I love the big flakes and the flavor. I do find that the dried blueberries are too hard for my liking and they sometimes get left behind in my bowl.

This is a new cereal from Post it comes in three flavors Blueberry Pomegranate,Nut Medley and Raisin Date Pecan. I bought the Blueberry Pomegranate and really glad I did.It has multi grain flakes,multi grain clusters and dried blueberries and pomegranates.I love the crunch of the grains and the tart flavor of the pomegranate.I also like to add fresh blueberries which makes it taste even better.This cereal is also very high in fiber and has less sugar then most cereals.Also provides a great source of nine essential nutrients plus is a good source of Energy and an excellent source of Iron and Thiamin.
