This is my go to tofu. It's easy to cook with and has a great texture and flavour. I like that it is lower in fat than other firm tofus without losing out on texture or crumbling when trying to cook with it.
I like the texture of this tofu. Cooks up beautifully and absorbs liquids to create a filling and nutritious meal. A quality meat alternative that can easily be transformed to create a substantial dish.
PC's Blue Menu Low Fat Tofu has a texture that is more firm than most other tofus - something I love! It has a higher protein content and less fat for those conscious of macronutrient ratios. It's delicious when marinated and grilled or browned, or in just about any recipe as a meat-free alternative. My favourite tofu!
