I am an avid ginger and lemon fan and when I saw this sauce at Real Canadian Super Store I had to try it. At first limited myself to using it in my Asian dishes.

Then I thought, why can`t I experiment with it! I tried basting chickens and roasting them, added it to Salmon and other sea food dishes. All of these ideas turned out to be so tasty, but then I got a pressure cooker.

I cooked my chicken and even ribs in the pressure cooker with a few tablespoons of the sauce mixed in about one quarter cup of water. Between the lemon ginger sauce and the pressure cooker something exciting happened. The flavor went right through the chicken, giving it the most spectacular taste through the meat of the whole chicken. Making it taste like I had marinated in for hours. The chicken was so tender and I can`t begin to describe the culinary delight it had become.

This sauce is actually quite versatile; I have turned it into the most interesting salad dressings as well. Do I like it! Can`t you tell, it is as I say amazingly versatile, not just for stir fry`s and I would definitely recommend it.

I forgot to mention that it is reasonably priced at about $5.00 for a 350 ml bottle and of course you can purchase it at and RCSS or any store that carries President`s Choice brands.
