I was so happy when President's Choice came out with this Vegetarian Scallopine. I have been vegetarian for a very long time(I am almost losing count). So I was very pleased with this product, it is pretty tasty actually. I like the breaded coating and the scallopine is very nice and flavourful. Good for making vegetarian chicken parmesan.
