The Promise Gluten Free Chia Seed Loaf is a nice light bread with lots of yummy chia seeds. I have used it for toast and cheese toast, as well as french toast and a gluten free option for grilled cheese sandwiches. It is a little pricey at $6.99 a loaf - but I buy it on sale and pop it in the freezer to keep. I like the fact that this bread is not too heavy or "grainy" with nuts and the like.
