I was a Bare Essentuals user until I ran out and only had my local Shoppers Drug Mart close by. I had never tried a compact mineral foundation and was not looking forward to spending another $30+ dollars to find it would not cover as I was hoping.
I used it only with the kabuki brush as more of an all over foundation, rather than any of the other uses such as a concealer. I get great coverage and a matte look that's not overly dry. I havent used Bare Essentuals for years now and buy Pur Minerals at Shoppers still and online.
My only issue is that I do sometimes have to add a powder later in the day as I get a bit oily in my T zone. And that quite a bit of excess powder gets wasted just simply swirling the brush around. But for now, it is my foundation makeup of choice.

I have a few age spots and this powder provides natural coverage. Very easy to apply without that over made up appearance. It can be applied on bare skin or over moisturizer or sunscreen. It is not long lasting, however,and I reapply during the day.

This is my go to foundation powder every day. I prefer powder over cream and this powder delivers a smooth and radiant finish. I know my skin is healthy because of the minerals found in pur minerals.

I have been using this 4 in 1 powder for 20 years and I love it, I would even say it has improved my skin!!!

This is definitely my favorite powder foundation. Its a full coverage foundation without LOOKING full coverage. Its very buildable as well, so you can put more where you need it, and less where you don't. On me, it looked quite natural, and didn't oxidize either. It did my oily skin justice, that's for sure. It's a bit pricey, at around $35 after taxes. I stopped buying it because it doesnt last long for me. But if you have rosacea and you're looking for something that will cover, this will do the job!

OK this is my go-to foundation in the summer. I have never used a powder foundation that works anything like this. You blend it in with the kabuki brush and you get a flawless finish. I get compliments when I use this.

Another trick I like is when I have used too much blush I will put this product on a large powder brush and use it as a finishing powder to blend everything in seamlessly.

I think this is a great foundation if it works for you. It was my go to holy grail foundation for years then I found out my skin couldn't tolerate it any more and it made me breakout so I stopped using it, but it is super easy to apply blends well and has great coverage for a powder foundation. Side note: the brush they sell along with it is a must, you won't get the same application without it.

Amazing coverage. I never thought that I would be able to use a powder, due to my sensitive combo skin (I always end up looking dried out and flaky), however, Pur Minerals Pressed Mineral Makeup manages to make my skin look flawless while not drying it out. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a powder with great coverage.

Love this foundation!! Covers well and doesn't make me break out like other products with SPF in it!

Absolute best foundation out there. Use as a concealer as well. Nothing works better than this even airbrush.
