Ooh, I really like this! I've been eating chia and hemp seeds for awhile now, but the addition of buckwheat is awesome! This is perfect to add a filling healthy kick to cereal, yogurt, oatmeal or just as a slurry with soy or coconut milk.
This cereal is awesome! 6g of protein in only 2 tablespoons. It tastes great hot or cold and is really helping me in with this new health kick im on! Protein is harder to digest so it also helps with weight loss, totally love it and def recommend it!
