Awful!!

Does not cover nail fully, is goopy and makes nails look awful. I don't even know who to contact to complain about it. I'm so disappointed. For the price I am even more upset because I was expecting it to work well from a higher priced brand

I bought this product because it was on clearance and I was curious how matte topcoat works. Im not a fan, maybe it would have looked better if it would be clear color other than light blue with sparkle. I use it time to time when creating design, but woudnt repurchase just because im not the fan for the look.
