Revlon Colorstay Mineral Foundation

I recently bought it to try it out as i'm the first guinea pig before I recommend it to my clients. I really love the NEW formula which is the Aqua Mineral Foundation and Aqua Mineral setting powder! I love the slightly damp feeling when applying the product on my skin, especially because I'm sensitive and oily. It feels fresh, and you know exactly where you're applying it as it goes on damp at first. The first ingredient is water, so the innovation of combining water into a powder is great. I find it blends well, and it leaves a nice glowy finish to the skin. I'm in my mid 30's and it's better to have a glowing complection than an overall matte complection, as glow looks more youthful. The brush is smooth and doesn't irritate sensitive skin, and it works well around the eye and nose area. It doesn't feel like i'm wearing anything at all! Love it!

Love the fact that is STAYs on my face the whole day even in this hottttt weather where I'm from. Although the only downfall is that I could not find the correct color, I had to mix the medium and light medium together to get a perfect match. Overall, this mineral foundation never let a melt down.

I was excited to try this product because I'm so in love with Revlon colorstay liquid foundation and this just didn't live up to my expectations, first off I hate the packaging especially the brush that it comes with, it's so horrible because it's small, rough and sheds a lot, as for coverage it's really light and it didn't last long at all it faded very quickly, for me I like at a little bit better to use it to set my liquid foundation but I wouldn't recommended this if your looking for all day wear. 2.5/5

I received this as a gift and I really love the coverage!! I'm not a fan of the pop-up brush, but it does a great job of staying on. I've always loved Revlon Colorstay products, but haven't purchased it in a while. I think I'm going to start using them again. I just throw on my face cream and brush this on. It covers like a liquid foundation. Quick and Easy!

I ran out of my MAC foundation and I needed a replacement while waiting for it to come in the mail. So, I went to my nearest drugstore and bought some of the Revlon Foundation which you can change the color by justing twisting the cap to your prefered tone. So, here I am apply it to my face and seeing no results. It didn't cover my skin acne although I do not have much, I don't like the cakey-look but I do like a nice light satin finish. I also noticed that, it didn't show any difference when you turned the tap to a different skin tone - which is annnoying when the whole purpose of the product was that you could change the skin shade within a matter of secondes. So, I will deff not buy this product again and would not recommend it at all. I will be sticking with my MAC foundation.
PS- Although Jessica Alba's probably wearing MAC in addition to having some of the best makeup artists in the business doll her up for the ad she did to preview this product so, don't be fooled chickies!

This is a really great powder. It offers light but not completely sheer coverage. Once you have it on you can't even feel it. I've always hated powders that felt cakey and unnatural, this one is the opposite of that. It makes my skin look very even and feel great.

This foundation gives great all day coverage at a great price. I love it! I was using Lancome Photogenic Lumessence but decided to try something cheaper to take on vacation. My plan was to throw it away at the end of the vacation but it worked just as well as the Lancome so I brought it back home with me and it is now my favorite foundation. The only problem I have noticed was already mentioned by Peppermint179. The coverage varys depending on the color you use, Golden Beige gives great coverage but Medium Beige was sort of sheer.

I have this foundation in buff and sand beige. I definitely like the sand beige better, for some reason it has better coverage than the buff shade? It's really weird but I can only wear the sand beige in the summer because it's a shade darker than my skin tone any other time of the year. Maybe the buff is too light? I think I'm gonna try mixing the two and see what I can come up with. But other than that, this is definitely the way to go if you are tired of spending money on super expensive high-end foundations. Please trust me, and believe the hype about this product it is seriously amazing!
