Considering I started lipstick on a regular basis as of late, I was glad when I saw matte lipstick at the drug store as opposed to a $15 stick at MAC. This serves it's purpose, requiring at least 3 coats and not smearing off incredibly easily. It has a small hint of a shine, but that's not much of a complaint considering where I got it from. If you're looking for cheap matte lipstick, go for this.
