    Not effective!

I was so hopeful for this eye make up remover as i love most rimmel products. But not only did it not remove mascara well on me but it seeps in your eye and makes it feel oily and blurred vision.

    Raccoon eyes

I gave it a good chance but am giving up, it consistently leaves mascara behind and results in raccoon eyes out of the shower. It also seems to be irritating my sensitive skin and making eyelids itchy.

I was pretty disappointed in this. I didn't really expect much, seeing as I got it cheap on sale. It did remove even my waterproof makeup as it claimed, but it was way too harsh on my eye area. My eyes burned and itched, including the skin around them, for quite a while afterwards. I originally thought that perhaps I was just allergic, but then I found out that I wasn't the only one with this issue. I have always been a fan of the Neutrogena makeup remover, which can get a bit pricey (sometimes $7 or $8 a bottle), and then I later found out that this Rimmel one is $2 more.. really?! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with sensitive eyes, or really to anyone in general. Disappointed!

Price: $7.90 (bought at drugs store)

    Pros: gentle, removes literally everything!

Cons: need to be bottled in a bigger package

    My Opinions:
My first time using it, this was my opinion: "This product simply does all the things that it has promised. Although it is said to be a eye makeup remover, it literally can be used for all over. It is gentle and non irritating. As it is waterbased, there's no problem with the oily residue." However, I recently bought another bottle of it, and I cannot say how wrong I was to say those things. The price is greatly, the second bottle that I recently bougth was at Wal-Mart for around $4 or $5. It irritates the eyes, and makes the skin dry. It doesn't remove the makeup that I have, all I can really use it for now is to clean my brushes after using them.

forgot to change the Pros and Cons as it was copied from my first review of the product. The new pros and cons:
Pros: it is cheap and can literally be bought any where, it is a water-based product thus not oil residue problems
Cons: it doesn't really do anything, irritates the eyes, drying effects

This eye make up remover was not my first choice but at the time I bought it I was seriously low and needed something.
I found that this product had no problems with eyeliners and eye shadow, but it did not do a very good job with mascara. I do not use waterproof mascara and this product had a hard time getting it all off. I don't even want to think about using it on waterproof makeup... Overall it is okay, but it does not remove it all. If I am paying for it to do a certain job I'd like it to do it right.
