This is a waterproof mascara that I found very easy to remove. It did not make my eyes water either. I love the green metallic packaging it comes in. The wand has three nodes on the brush making it easy to apply in the corners of your eyes and the bottom lashes. I hadn't noticed any smudging. Would I ever buy it again? No, I wouldn't as it did not do anything to enhance the length and curl of my eye lashes. I got this at Shoppers Drug Mart for $7.99.
