i decided to buy this out because everyone on youtube said it was great and that it didn't smudge. however, it smudges so much for me and i also don't have a oily eye area which confused me a lot

This eye liner is OK. I don't recommend it for anyone who has oily skin. If you have oily skin the eye liner will transfer to your upper eyelid and is NOT a very nice look. This causes you to reapply and then eventually get fed up and take it off. I'm sure if you don't have oily skin or even dry skin this product might work much better.

I bought this in white and I didn't really like it because it didn't last all day and I noticed on my waterline it had these white flaky bits and it was even on my eyelashes. The only thing I did like was that the eyeliner pencil was soft so it didn't tug on my eye and create irritation.

I didnt like this one much it wore off quickly.

as you can tell from my ratings, these pencils are just average. i've got two, one in pure white and one in jet black. i find that even through the 8 hours of my day, the black liner under my lashline doesn't budge. of course it's not as pigmented at the end of the day, but it's still there. i use the white one in my waterline, and it definetely doesn't last all day. i don't expect it too, and i much rather my mac fascinating eye kohl. will i repurchase these? the black one, yes. the white one, no. wet n wild's white eyeliner gives me the same results in the waterline and is only 99 cents, so. pigmentation isn't great on either the black or white, but isn't bad either. i like them for lining the lashline, but not the waterline.

This pencil worked OK for what I wanted it to do. I was looking for a white pencil to line my lower waterline with (to make my eyes look bigger.)

The pencil makes my waterline white, but it leaves flaky white bits on my lashes since I have to press harder than preferable to create visible skin lightening.

In general, you get what you pay for. It's a cheap pencil that will make do, but there are many other products out there that work much better. I would not use these pencils for a regular eyeliner, simply because the actual product is so hard.

After reading good reviews on this liner, I purchased it and disagree. The price was great, but there was nothing special about the way it goes on or stays throughout the day. It didn't feel smooth and did rub off. I don't recommend this liner.
