I have tried a number of San-J sauces (both salad dressings and asian cooking sauce) and I am happy to say I have always been pleased with their product line. I do quite a bit of thai/asian cooking though I usually like to stir up my own sauce. However, sometimes it's just easier to turn to the quick fix ready made sauces. San-J has a diverse range of flavours to cater to multiple palettes.

I was thrilled when we received a generous package of free San-J sauces at the Chick Advisor office. As per my recent infatuation with spice, I opted to try out the Szechuan sauce. I experimented with it over a stir fry which is a total must (if you can handle the heat) but even a little drizzle of this goodness over scrambled egg whites is a total game changer!

Highly recommend this brand. Be adventurous with it!
