For dark chocolate, this was edible. Good caramel undertones with a slight bitterness. This might be enough darkness for milk chocolate lovers and a decent savouring chocolate for dark chocolate lovers. Good melt with a nice snap. It was not the most delicious chocolate that I have ever had, but I will eat it if it was offered to me. It is an artisan chocolate though, so it is expensive than most.
