the only thing that works

i get dandruff often and head & shoulders has stopped working for me. neutrogena t-gel is for a different condition and smells bad. selsun blue works from even the first wash and immediately treats my dandruff.

Love it but hate the smell

Years of problems with my scalp and I always use Selsun shampoo as my go to solution. I hate the tar smell, hate the look of the bottle on my tub ledge...but I always make sure I have a bottle ready to go for when I need. Thankfully I don't need to use it everytime I shampoo but I do need to use it a few times a month. I do leave it on for several minutes and don't use a conditioner after. I find it helps my scalp and decreases the itching/dryness that plagues me occassionally especially when my life is stressing me - interestingly that is when my scalp worsens - just wish the stuff smelled better!

Not effective for dry scalp

Tryed the shampoo hoping for a positive effect, but unfortunately the effect was negative. My scalp become dryer and more irratated. My hairdressser recommned not using this shampoo anymore and for a better result only shampoo with regular shampoo every second shower.

Does the Job

A great shampoo to get rid of dandruff, but you will not see results immediately. You must continue regular use to eliminate dandruff completely. Has a strong chemical smell that I wasn't keen on.

I usually use whole blends shampoo & conditioner on my hair & occasionally get dandruff , but selsun blue clears it up quick, I would suggest this product to anyone :)

Depuis des années j'ai énormément de pellicules qui engendrent des démangeaisons, probablement dû à de la dermatite seborehique. J'ai essayé des tonnes de shampooings en vente libre ou prescrits par le médecin, ca diminuait un peu puis ca revenait. Je n'avais donc pas des attentes très élevées en essayant Selsun Blue, mais c'est mon médecin qui me l'a conseillé.

J'ai donc été très surprise en constatant qu'après moins de 2 semaines je n'avais plus aucune démangeaison ni pellicules ! Une fois de temps en temps je recommence à avoir quelques pellicules, j'utilise Selsun Blue une fois, puis ca reviens à la normale ! Ça a donc été la solution à mon problème ! Je suis extrêmement satisfaite et je vous le conseille fortement !

It has worked very well my dry scalp/psoriasis issue i have. It gets rid of the itch in my head if i dont use selson for a few days. i highly recommend using this product,

Ce shampoing n'a pas enrayé ma dermatite séborrhéique. De plus, il laisse une odeur de souffre persistante dans les cheveux. Il coûte cher. Il laisse les cheveux gras.

This shampoo does not strip your hair like others. I use this shampoo twice a week and it leaves my hair feeling clean. I've seen fewer flakes after a couple weeks use. The smell isn't anything amazing but it's not bad either. I have really bad dandruff in the cold winter months and this stuff has helped keep my head moisturized.

Ce shampoing fonctionne très bien pour éliminer les pellicules. L'essayer c'est l'adopter. Il laisse un beau fini sur les cheveux. Je le recommande assurément !
