It makes putting blush on the right area of my cheeks super easy. the bristles are super dense, and equally soft. I've owned this for years and haven't had any shedding.

Your average blush brush is a round dome, it leaves the guess work of applying blush up to you. I really love this angled brush when applying my blush - I can get it right where I want it. Its shape allows for more precise application, and it's small enough so you don't get blush all over your cheek, and big enough so you don't have to spend too much time applying blush.
