Shiseido Integrate Black liquid eyeliner.

PRO: I LOVE this liquid eyeliner, it's easy to put on, unless you smudge it, it usually stays on all day....and best of all, it's cheap, about $15 cdn (can't remember what that translates to in Japanese yen).

Cons: It's only sold in Japan, though I've seen some listed on Ebay. ONLY buy BLACK, the brown doesn't work well at all. It's NOT waterproof, so stay out of the rain and don't cry. Otherwise, it's easy to put on, it's very easy to take off, and it's my go to eyeliner. Now I just need Japanese friends to mail me a few more....
