Love this brand. Eat about 5-8 throughout the day when I get hungry and I think it's helping my sugar levels even out at night. It's helping me to keep to my resolution of cutting down on the amount of chocolate that I crave all day long by satisfying that sweet craving. I added 5-6 li hing seeds to it, a tablespoon of brown sugar and the juice of 1 lemon and let it sit. After a day or two, I have prune mui.
