I was first given this as a sample, because I probably wouldn't have bought it on my own. But now, I'll probably never stop using it. It's made of organic essential oils and you simply spray it on your pillow before bed. I am currently 5 months pregnant and it has done wonders for my ability to fall asleep. It is SO relaxing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has difficulty falling asleep.
