I use this cleanser both morning and night. I have sensitive/combination skin that tends to break out very easily so I was hesitant in buying this but figured I'd give it a try. The first time I used it I fell in love with it! I use a dime-sized amount and gently massage it into my face before rinsing with lukewarm water. My skin is left feeling soft, clean and hydrated. It's recommended for dry/eczema-prone skin, but because most of the ingredients are natural and because I wanted to try an oil wash I figured I'd try it and I don't regret it! Love it!! If you tend to have oily/combination skin don't let the "oil wash" scare you off.
