Sleep More’s Sleep Mask is my first sleep mask – odd, as I’ve been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for well over a decade now, and a sleep mask has been one of the few remedies I’ve tried in order to get a good night’s sleep.

I received the Black mask, and it feels so nice and soft – as satin should! The fabric part of the mask is comfortable on my face, and blocks out all of the external light.

The stitching is single stitched, and there are no loose threads on it. With that, I would suggest cleaning by hand whenever it becomes soiled.

I have worn it both during the night and day (nap time), and have easily gotten to sleep no matter what time of the day. I’m also able to fall back asleep when I wake up mid night, instead of waiting upwards of an hour to fall asleep again (without the mask). Normally I wake up and it takes me forever to fall asleep again.

The elastic is not comfortable on my head when I put it underneath my hair, however, it is fine when I put it on top of my hair. The elastic is also adjustable with Velcro at the back to make it larger or smaller as required.

The Ear Plugs come inserted into little loops in the side of the elastic for an easy storing solution. I tried them out briefly, and they are rather comfortable. My ears are sensitive, however, so I can’t wear ear plugs at night. These will come in handy for my next flight though!

I look forward to our next trip where I can test out this mask on an airplane so I can actually have a nap!
