I used to drink a LOT of slimfast when I was a teen. It never made me feel full. As an adult, I don't drink it. It contains too much sugar and not enough vitamins, minerals or protein. There are better options

SlimFast tastes great, and it's inexpensive. It also helps you feel satisfied for a couple hours which is great but the sugar is through the roof and it doesn't have a lot of protein which causes the hunger to come back pretty quickly. If what you're looking for is a great tasting meal replacement that will get you through to your next meal and you aren't concerned about the sugar content, this works pretty well, but if your looking for a more balanced meal replacement, a good protein powder would be much more suiting.

Looooooove this. How can you not love chocolate for breakfast? Lol. I make a smoothie with this using almond milk, spinach and whatever fruit I have. It tastes great and it fills my belly. Maybe not for 4 hours, but definitely for 3. I use this or the French vanilla one every day!

I love the taste of this! Tastes just like a regular chocolate shake to me. It is hard to use this a meal replacement in the beginning as your body is still craving food. But this is delicious and when used a a regular basis, it is quite filling and satisfying

I'm forever looking for a very healthy, fast, tasty and easy meal replacement drink for mornings. Chocolate please! It's filling and easy to make with your own milk - and doesn't require a blender. If you are lactose intolerant like I am, try it with almond milk - it's a great substitute because it is too watery when mixed with water. To give myself some fats into the equation, I added a tablespoon of omega 3 oils (you'd get some fats to balance this drink from regular milk, so I was just trying to compensate) This is tasty, easy and low cal, but it's not the best of ingredients. It's probably the best in it's price category for what it is and does. I guess I'm looking for something with less artificial sweetener and more nutrients. My search will go on - but this is a very decent backup.

After having my third child I had some weight to loose but it seemed like nothing was working I was feeling stressed and losing confidence. Being a new mom again it was a lot to take. I thought I would try slim fast and it made me loose weight and not feel hungry or grumpy the shakes taste good and I was able to make them quick and they curbed the hunger I would recommend them to anyone who needs a kickstart to loose weight

If you follow the plan you will lose weight, as it reduces your caloric intake. It also tastes great, super chocolatey and sweet, no minerally after taste. It mixes ok with just a spoon, but you can make it smoother with a blender. I don't bother and think it's fine with a good stir or shake.
