I don't usually feel so strongly against a product but I really don't like my phone. I rarely go through a day without getting frustrated with it in some way and muttering "I hate my phone"! I don't even know where to start.

First, it's TOO BIG! I ordered it online, so I had no sense of how big it was going to be. (Yes, I should have read the specs more carefully, but I didn't think they would have made a phone that didn't fit nicely in ones hand!!??) It is so big that I can not easily text with one hand. It isn't properly balanced to feel comfortable. The ergonomics are WAY off!

Second, the operating system is NOT user friendly. I'm no computer wiz, but I'm not computer ignorant either. But there is no common sense or logic to some of the functions. I still don't know how to easily add a phone number to my contact list! I fumble through it every time!

The alarm clock function is the WORST! When it goes off in the morning there is a button in the middle of the screen that you have to touch to make it shut up and go into "snooze" mode. If you have to reach for it, (half asleep, remember) and you do not touch the screen in the right spot the alarm keeps going and the button goes away!! It took MONTHS to figure out that it should be in the function "pull-down" bar. I say "should" be there, because it's NOT ALWAYS THERE and the alarm will continue to go on and on and on.... I have had to turn the damn phone OFF to make it stop!

The ringer doesn't always go off when I have a call or a text. The plugs for the charging outlet are starting to wear out and keep falling open.

The one good thing about this phone is that it is water resistance, which has been handy on a couple of occasions. Oh, and it's purple. I like that my phone is purple. I'm trying to think of more positives .... I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Bottom line. Worst phone I have ever had. I will not get another one. And I would recommend everyone stay away! I read great reviews on this phone before I decided on it, but I guess I'm just picky about my phones!
