I found this cereal to be extremely heavy. I had just half a bowl, and it felt like a rock was sitting in my stomach for the rest of the day. The added protein is too much for my particular system, so I wouldn't purchase it again. I didn't find the overall taste very appealing either. I usually enjoy Special K cereal, but this new one doesn't work out.

I really like Special K Protein Cereal. I also use it to make peanut butter protein balls and mix it in with my yogurt. This is my number one cereal.

I didn't like this cereal. The taste was alright but I found there was too much powdery stuff. The size of the clusters of cereal was also too large.

I love the crunchy texture, great taste and the added protein here. It keeps you feeling full for hours and they come in great flavor varieties.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the latest additions to the Special K line. I had stopped buying their cereals for awhile as there were more options with more fibre and protein, but I recently bought this Special K protein and really liked it! Nice subtle vanilla taste and works well with both milk and yogurt. I've already bought a second box :)

This is really yummy. I look for anything will added protein and its delicious.

This is a cereal I feel good eating. It tastes pretty good. However, it's more sugary than I would have liked and that was kind of disappointing for me. Nonetheless, I would buy again.
