This scrub is very scrubby! The crushed apricot seeds makes for a great exfoliator. I have been using this scrub for years. I enhance my bodywash by mixing a tube of st-ives apricot scrub into it. This thins out the scrub a bit and lets me use it easily all over for a super polished look!
Such a great product for the winter months. My skin tends to be dry and rough in some areas. This scrub leaves my skin super smooth and clear. I only use it about 1-2 times a week. I have sensitive skin and find if i use it more than that it causes some redness and irritation.
