This cookie is vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, kosher pareve and baked in a dairy, egg, wheat and gluten free facility.
It keeps on getting better. I was totally expecting a very dry and bland tasting cookie. I also was expecting that my mouth would become pasty and want to reach for something to drink - stat! The one thing I was really expecting was for the cookie to be as hard as a rock and that I would be unable to even bite through it. All these things I was expecting were blown away by the great taste, melt in my mouth texture and mouth watering flavour.
The cookie crumbled apart in my mouth and melted with each bite. The burst of the chocolate lingered well after I was done eating it. I was totally blown away.
Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (whole grain brown rice flour, organic coconut flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), almonds, organic evaporated cane juice, sunflower oil, cocoa, dairy-free chocolate (organic evaporated cane juice, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, ground vanilla beans), organic flax seeds, non-alum baking powder, xanthan gum, sea salt.
Not for those with allergies to soy and almonds.
