I take one of these beauties everyday with my breakfast! They are a tad big and very yellow, but if you don't have a problem with swallowing pills, they go down easy enough! I do feel they give me an added boost of energy throughout the day (and when I don't take it, I feel it!) They do have that yucky vitamin taste! Don't be alarmed if your urine becomes a bright yellow! It's just the vitamins running through! Drinks lots of water, and you'll notice it's not as bright!
