Great service provider. I get 400gb of bandwidth per month (which despite streaming Netflix, videos, and gaming constantly, I rarely come close to). The price is right, and there are rarely and disruptions to the service. The one time I did have a problem the tech on the phone was amazing - patient and willing to try whatever it took to get my Internet back up again. I also like that you can communicate with them on Twitter, and arrange a specific call-back time.
We have had teksavvy Internet service for about 6 years now.
You have to buy your own modem from them, but the monthly fees are superb. We stream a LOT of television from online, as we do not have cable/satellite, therefore get our Internet/tv for under $60 a month!
How amazing is that?
We rarely have disruptions, and anytime we have had to call Helpdesk, they are polite and personable vs the bigger companies.
