Body shop ginger shampoo review

I have dandruff and psoriasis on my scalp. This is literally the only shampoo that keeps flare ups at bay. If I switch to another product even for a couple days it flares up. This is my go-to shampoo. 100% recommend, I am a repeat purchaser of this product.

Fantastic product

This shampoo is amazingggg. I have been using this for at least 3 years now and I have a really healthy scalp because of it. I don’t have dandruff, I don’t have an itchy scalp and my hair just feels so clean after using this product. I don’t use this every time I wash my hair but it gets used 2-3 times a month. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I have recommended it to 3 or 4 people over the years who were having issues with dandruff/itchy scalp and this worked for them. Overall, an affordable product that does exactly what it says.

Wow after having issues with Danduff and normal shampoo and conditioner wasnt working any more. I was recommended to try this and after only 3 washes my hair felt healthier, cleaner and less dandruff very impressed

Really nice product

I don't get dandruff often but when I do I cannot use traditional drugstore dandruff shampoos as they contain ingredients that cause additional irritation so I am quite happy that this product exits. It doesn't work instantly but after few washes the dandruff clears and my hair isn't a disaster afterwards like with other treatments I have tried. So glad this continues to be a standard product at The Body Shop

The best solution for my dandruff

I had a hard time looking for a good shampoo to treat my dandruff. Good thing I tried this product . It was almost an instant cure for my dry scalp . I love the smell and keeps my hair soft . I use it everyday to maintain my healthy hair .

Bought for my daughter, stole for myself

This is the only shampoo I have found that doesn’t make me incredibly oily and itchy by the second day. It has helped me get to washing my hair every third day. It smells great, and is really gentle.

This shampoo saved my scalp!

I've always struggled with a dry, itchy, flaky scalp and I'd tried so many anti-dandruff shampoos but nothing was working for me. Then, a friend recommended this to me and I can't believe I hadn't tried it before! The ginger scent isn't too overpowering and it has completely transformed my scalp and now - no more flakes! The consistency is slightly more watery than the shampoos I've tried before and it definitely makes my hair feel slightly dryer and easier to tangle after washing. I do feel like it takes a bit longer to wash out as well, so if you want an all-rounder shampoo that gives you volume, shine and everything else you could want, this probably isn't for you. But for me, I wanted a fix for my scalp and The Body Shop gave it to me! I will use this religiously!

Incredible!

I had given up on finding a shampoo that would sort out my Psoriasis Over the years I’ve tried so many and must have spent a fortune! From the first time I used this shampoo, my hair and scalp was calmer and the incessant itching virtually stopped! I am stockpiling the shampoo every time it’s on offer as I don’t want to ever be without it!

Good for itchy scalp

I have suffered for sometime with a itchy scalp and this seems to be the best shampoo.

Perfect if you can’t use parabans and SLS

It takes a few washes but it is well with the wait to see the results
