The beneficial effects of olive oil for hair are many. I've known this as an old wives' tale, but was always hesitant to actually put oil on my hair.

The Body Shop actually incorporates all these good effects of olive oil - added strength, shine and texture - without the messyness and stickyness. It cleans very effectively. And the smell is just divine. I have dry to 'normal' hair, and used to use shampoo plus conditioner (the mass-sold EF or European Formula really worked for me), but with this treat, I don't even need to follow up with conditioner because the olive oil already conditions.

This site shows the price in pounds, but it comes out to about $13 CDN. So worth the investment.
